【摘要】目的提高根治肛门直肠周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法我们采用肛周脓肿表面皮肤梭形切口、不同术式根治肛门直肠周围脓肿82例，治愈81例，治愈率99%。结果梭形切口、合理的手术方式，是根治肛门直肠周围脓肿的正确选择。
