【摘要】 目的 探讨老年患者术后睡眠障碍的影响因素及护理对策。方法 对2004年7月至2007年7月78例术后睡眠障碍的老年患者的护理方法进行研究，并对其影响因素进行分析。结果 78例患者影响因素依次是：疼痛、环境因素、医源性因素、心理因素和自身不适，对该类患者采取包括心理指导、止痛、镇静治疗等护理措施，效果满意。结论 老年患者术后睡眠障碍受多种因素影响，采取一整套个体化护理措施可以取得较好效果。
