【摘要】 目的 探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效，评价聚焦超声治疗的有效性、安全性及可行性。方法 对2006年7月至2007年1月，采用聚焦超声治疗的300例慢性宫颈炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。患者年龄21～52岁，平均35.6岁。平均病程2年(3个月～5年)，于治疗后3个月评价其疗效(分为痊愈,显效,有效,无效，以治愈及有效例数计算有效率)。结果 300例患者随访资料完整，治疗后3个月，痊愈247例(占82.3%),显效24例(占8%),有效15例(占5%),无效14例(占5%)。结论 聚焦超声是当前治疗慢性子宫颈炎行之有效的新方法，值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

    Treatment of chronic cervicitis with focused ultrasound

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound for patients with chronic cervicitis,as well as its safty and feasibility.Methods Clinical data of 300 patients with chronic cervicitis treated with focused ultrasound from July 2006 to January 2007 were retrospectively reviewed.The mean age of the patients was 35.6 years(21-52years) and the median course of the disease was 2 years (3 months-5 years).Patients were followed up and therapeutic effects of focused ultrasound was evaluated at 3 months after treatment.Results Of all the patients,300 were followed up after the treatment,and the ratio of effectiveness was 95%(286 cases),only 5% patients(14 cases) had no response to the therapy.Conclusion Focused ultrasound therapy is a highly effective instrument in treatment of chronic cervicitis,It will be very worth to be used in clinicial work. ......
