【摘要】 目的 评价肝炎后高胆红素血症的疗效。方法 回顾性分析18例肝炎后高胆红素血症的临床及治疗情况。结果 4周后18例患者血清TBil、Dbil均降至正常；临床随访6个月，全部患者ALT和AST正常。结论 肝炎后高胆红素血症患者预后良好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment of posthepatitic Hyperbilirubjnemia. Methods Clinic and treatment of 18 cases of post hepatitic Hyperbilirubjnemia (from October 2004 to December 2005) were retrospectively analyzed.Results The serum levels TBil and Dbil fallback after the treatment of four weeks；the serum levels ALT and AST go in the course of nature in succedent 6 months.Conclusion Posthepatitic Hyperbilirubjnemia has a good recovery.
