【摘要】 目的 探讨输尿管膨出病因、病理、临床表现及手术方案。方法 选择经尿道电切术(TUR)治疗输尿管膨出。结果 14例输尿管膨出患者均手术顺利，痊愈出院，随访3个月～5年，效果良好。结论 TUR手术方式简单易行，手术效果好，不需要再作抗返流手术。

    【Abstract】 Objective Purpose to explore the pathogenesis,pathological,dinical features and operation way.Methods Patients who hah ureterocele were performed by TUR.Results 14 cases having ureterocele recovered and discharged after successful operations and had good effects by follow-up from 3 months-5 years.Conclusion The operation way using TUR is feasible,operative effect is good it need not hane anti-refhcx operation.
