【摘 要】目的观察中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)的临床治疗效果。方法 44例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组24例采用清胰汤为主方加减并结合西医治疗。对照组20例单纯采用西医治疗。结果 治疗组的手术率、并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，住院时间及肠功能恢复时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效明显，优于单纯西医治疗。
