【摘要】 目的 探讨改良Palomo术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效。 方法 对126例精索静脉曲张患者施行改良Palomo术。 结果 平均手术时间23 min。全部病例阴囊下坠感消失，曲张静脉蚯蚓状团块消失。无慢性疼痛、睾丸萎缩及阴囊水囊肿等并发症发生。 结论 改良Palomo术创伤小、操作简便、疗效确切，值得推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss treatment effect of modified Palomo procedure for varicocele.Methods 126 cases of varicocele were treated with modified Palomo procedure.Results The mean operation time was 23 minutes.Sense of bearing down of scrotum disappeared postoperatively.Worm-like clumping disappeared.There was no chronic pain and hydrocele.Conclusion Modified Palomo procedure for varicocele has minor injury and easy to do,which should be widely uesd.
