【摘要】 目的 探讨椎管减压、椎弓根钉内固定联合椎体间植骨融合治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析 30 例退行性腰椎滑脱症患者，均行后路椎管减压、椎弓根钉内固定联合椎体间植骨融合术，其中GSS固定24例，RF固定6例。结果 经6～84个月的随访，参照NAKAL分级:优20例，良8例，可2例。优良率93.33%。结论 椎管减压、椎弓根钉内固定联合椎体间植骨融合是治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的有效方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis with canal decompression and transpedicle instrumentation combined with interbody fusion.Methods Retrospectively analysis 30 cases with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis with canal decompression and transpedicle instrumentation combined with interbody fusion, 24 cases fixed by GSS, 6 cases fixed by RF.Results All the patients were followed up from 6 to 84 months,the average is 38 months. According to NAKAL evaluation standard, 20 patients obtained excellent result and 8 good and 2 average, the excellent and good rate was 93.33%.Conclusion Canal decompression and transpedicle instrumentation combined with interbody fusion can achieve good therapeutic effects for treating degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis. ......
