综合ICU目标性监测调查分析

【摘要】 目的 研究ICU医院感染状况，以利于控制医院感染的发生。方法 根据《医院感染管理学》中介绍的方法，自设表格，每日对所有ICU患者进行调查。结果 所有感染病例中，肺部感染占80%，G-占54.69%，使用呼吸机相关的肺部感染发病率较高。结论 严格无菌观念，保持空气洁净度，加强病房管理，减少侵入性操作时间，加强呼吸治疗器械消毒管理。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the conditions of hospital infection in ICU for favorably controlling the occurrence of nosocomial infection.Methods Accrording to the methods introduced in the book Administration of Nosocomial Infection, the formats were self-established and all ICU patients were investigated every day.Results Among all the infected cases, the cases with lung infection consisted of 80%, the ones with G-were 54.69%, and the incidence of pulmonary infection related to the use of respirator was higher.ConclusionThe strict idea of sterilization, the maintenance of air cleanness, the intensified administration of the wards and the sterilization of respirator, and the shortened time of invasive operations should be emphasized. ......
