PTTG、bFGF和VEGF在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义(2)
PTTG蛋白激活了bFGF蛋白和VEGF蛋白的表达,而bFGF与VEGF两者促进血管内皮细胞分裂,降解基底膜刺激内皮细胞向肿瘤组织内趋化运动,形成新生血管。而血管生成恰恰是实体瘤生成过程中的限速步骤。bFGF对诱导PTTG的表达有重要意义,而且在内分泌相关肿瘤内,bFGF及PTTG间有协同作用[2-4]。
本研究显示,bFGF、PTTG、VEGF在子宫内膜异位症中的阳性表达率高于正常子宫内膜组织,且在子宫内膜异位症组织中三者的表达呈正相关。PTTG的过度表达导致了处于G2期细胞的积累,加速了细胞周期的进程[5]。
检测异位内膜中的PTTG、bFGF、VEGF,有利于子宫内膜异位症的诊断及其生物学行为的判断。我们推测,采取下调或消除PTTG的表达的方法可为子宫内膜异位症的治疗开辟一条新的途径。
