【摘要】 目前化疗仍是恶性肿瘤的主要治疗方法之一，在此项治疗过程中，恶心呕吐是化疗后最早出现的表现，它不仅严重影响患者的化疗疗效，而且直接降低患者的生活质量。本文通过对86例肿瘤患者，在防治化疗致消化道反应中,治疗组配合应用中药，与对照组单纯静推恩丹西酮、甲氧氯普胺镇吐疗效对比，结果显示：有效率治疗组为83.7%~98.8%，优于对照组50.0%~90.7%。因此，对化疗所致消化道反应的防治,是临床中非常重要的问题。

    86 Cases of Clinical Observation and Nursing Experiences on Prophylaxis and Treatment of Retch and Vomiturition Caused by Chemical Treatment with Chinese Medicine

    【Abstract】 At present,chemical treatment is one of the main methods in treating m alignant tumors,and during the course of treatment,retch and vomiturition are the earliest manifestations after chemical treatment.It not only badly influences the chemical treatment effect of patients,but also directly decreases their quality of life.This paper compares the treatment effect of 86 cases of tumor patients’ treatment coordinated with the use of Chinese medicine during the course of theraying digestive tract reaction caused by chemical treatment,with that of simply intravenous injection of ondansetron hydrochloride injection etc.to relieve vomiting in comparing groups,and the result manifests the treating groups 83.7%~98.8%,better than tat the control groups 50%~90.7%.Therefore,the prophylaxis and treatment of the digestive tract reaction caused by chemical treatment are crucial in clinical. ......
