【摘要】 目的 探讨机械性肠梗阻螺旋CT表现及诊断价值。方法 对21例经临床或手术证实的机械性肠梗阻患者的螺旋CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果 21例机械性肠梗阻中肠粘连6例，肠扭转1例，肿瘤8例，腹外症1例，粪石1例，肠套叠2例，炎症2例。结论 CT对肠梗阻的病因、部位诊断具有重要意义，对临床制订治疗方案有很大帮助。
