【摘要】 目的 探讨前路病灶清除同期植骨联合内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的疗效。方法 采用前路病灶清除同期植骨，短节段椎体侧方固定，植骨块钛钉固定治疗胸腰椎结核35例。结果 所有患者经6~36个月(平均8个月)的随访，结核病灶治愈，植骨块融合，无复发患者，腰椎后凸畸形得以矫正。结论 前路病灶清除同期植骨联合内固定术是治疗胸腰椎结核安全有效的手术方法，固定可靠，植骨融合率高，可重建脊柱的稳定性

    Anterior yadical focus resection plus bone grafting and fixation treatment of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical results of anterior radical focus resection plus bone grafting and segmented spinal fixation treatment thoracolumbar tubercalosis.Methods35 patients with thoracdumbar tuberculosis who were treated by anterior radical focas resection plus bone grafting and transpedocal mternal fixation treatment thoracolumbar tuberculosis.Results All patients were followed up with 6-36 months,(anarage 8 monthis)The tuberculosis were healed,the bone grafting spinal solid fusion was shown radiologically,the lumbar vertebrae posterior process deformities was healed,and no recovery dunig the follow-up of period.Conclusion The surgical method of anterior radical focus resection plus bone grafting has safety and efficacy because of its advantages of reconstruction the stability of lumbar vertebrae,strong fixation,high healing rate. ......
