显微内窥镜下微创治疗腰椎管内肿瘤(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨脊柱后路显微内窥镜下腰椎管内肿瘤的显微治疗技术。方法 回顾性分析经脊柱后路显微内窥镜切除病理证实的腰椎管内肿瘤22例的临床资料。结果 脊柱后路显微内窥镜下微创手术患者住院时间明显缩短,术后起床反应轻微,对脊柱的稳定性影响小。结论 MRI是其最佳的诊断方法；显微外科技术可提高肿瘤全切除率，减少脊髓损伤，有利于脊柱稳定性的维持。【关键词】 椎管内肿瘤；显微内窥镜；微创手术
