【摘要】 目的 观察盐酸苯那普利与甲钴铵合用治疗糖尿病周围神经病的疗效。方法 选择符合诊断标准的2型糖尿病周围神经病变84例，在血糖控制正常的基础上随机分成两组。在常规用药的基础上,治疗组42例应用盐酸苯那普利，疗程12周，观察治疗效果。结果 治疗组痛觉过敏与感觉减退有效率达到65%与67%，明显高于对照组的34%与37%(P<0.05＝，神经传导速度(SVC)改善也明显优于对照组(P<0.01＝。

    结论 盐酸苯那普利联合甲钴铵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效理想。
