【摘要】 目的 探讨有机杀虫药中毒程度与心肌损伤的关系。方法 对247例不同程度中毒患者血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(CTn-I)和肌酸激酶(CK-MB)同步检测，同时设立40例健康献血员作为对照组，并将实验资料进行统计学分析。结果 重度中毒、中度中毒、轻度中毒和对照组CTn -I阳性率分别为100.00%(126/126)、65.79%(50/76)、17.78%(8/45)、0.00%(0/40)，CK-MB活性升高率分别为100.00%(126/126)50%(38/76)、8.89%(8/45)、0.00%(0/40)。组间比较除轻度中毒组CK-MB活性升高率与对照组比较差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)，其余各组间差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 有机杀虫药中毒程度与心肌损伤有正相关关系。
