【摘要】 目的 探讨氟罗沙星注射液致不良反应的一般规律和特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 用氟罗沙星注射液致不良反应19例进行分类统计、分析。结果 不良反应临床主要表现为过敏反应及神经系统、消化系统症状，且老年患者更易发生。结论 临床应重视氟罗沙星注射液的抗菌效应及不良反应的危害性。
