【摘要】 目的 探讨新生儿颅内出血的临床情况与护理方法。方法 收治的56例新生儿颅内出血临床及护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 56例患儿中新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)及颅内出血(ICH)36例，迟发性Vit K缺乏症15例，外伤2例，血小板减少症1例,原因不明2例。其中5例放弃治疗,死亡8例(病死率14.3%)。结论 颅内出血预后较差,早期治疗及细致的护理十分重要。
