【摘要】 目的 分析研究甲状腺手术后护理与观察的方法和意义。方法 观察并发症的发生情况有无术后切口内出血、呼吸困难和窒息、甲状腺危象、喉返神经损伤、喉上神经损伤和甲状旁腺损伤等并及时处理。结果 本组198例，均临床治愈。并发症：切口内出血1例，甲状腺危象1例，单侧喉返神经损伤1例。喉上神经损伤1例。结论 甲状腺手术后密切观察病情变化，做好精心护理，可以有效的降低并发症的发生，对和谐医疗、防范医疗纠纷起的发生具有重要意义。
