【摘要】 DCR3是一种新近发现的TNFR超家族成员，在部分正常组织及血清中少量表达，在一些恶性肿瘤中表达明显增加， DCR3的高表达并通过阻断外源性死亡受体途径介导细胞凋亡，与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关，DCR3有可能成为一种全新的肿瘤特异性标志物，在肿瘤形成、基因诊断、靶向治疗、疗效观察及预后判断等提供一种新的思路，具有临床的应用前景。

    【Abstraction】 DCR3 is a latest identified member of TNFR superfamily, it expresses lower in some normal tissue and blood serum but highly in some m alignant tumors. The highly expression of DCR3 will mediate the cellular apoptosis by blocking the external cellular death receptor pathway, therefore it deeply relates to the tumor’s generation and progression. DCR3 is supposed to be the brand new tumor marker that may cast the light to the tumor’s generation, genetic diagnosis , targeting treatment, effect observation and prognosis judgment.
