【摘要】 目的 建立HPLC法测定消癌平片中绿原酸含量的方法.方法 色谱柱为迪马C18(4.6 mm×150 mm，5 μm));流动相乙腈-水-磷酸(9∶91∶0.5);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长：327 nm。结果 绿原酸进样量在0.0850 ～0.4250μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率=98.8%，RSD=2.1%。结论 该法简便准确,重现性好,可作为消癌平片质量控制的依据之一。

    Determination of Chlorogenic acidcontent In Xiaoaiping tablet BO Wen-kui,REN ShuangZHANG Xiao-yu et al.Anshan Pharmaceutical co.，Ltd 114014,China

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Chlorogenic acid content in Xiaoaiping tablet.Methods HPLC was used with the Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm), Acetonitrile -water - Phosphoric acid(9∶91∶0.5) as mobile phase,flow rate 1.0 mL/min. The detective wave-length was 327 nm. Results It had a good linearity within 0.0850 ~0.4250μg for Chlorogenic acid.The average recoveries was 98.8% (N=5) and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.1%.Conclusion This method is specific with accuate and reliable results ,which can be used to control the quality of the products effectively.
