【摘要】 目的 建立维他参颗粒中维生素B₁含量测定方法，为维他参颗粒质量标准的研究提供科学依据。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定维他参颗粒中维生素B₁的含量。色谱条件为Agilent XDB-C18(5 μm 150 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱，以乙腈-0.008 mol/L己烷磺酸钠-三乙胺-冰醋酸(12∶87∶0.25∶0.75)为流动相；检测波长为246 nm。结果 此方法线性良好，平均加样回收率为99.8%， RSD为2.0%。结论 本方法精密度高，分离度良好，可用于测定维他参颗粒中维生素B₁的含量。
