应用DHS和解剖钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折的比较性研究(1)
【摘要】 目的 比较动力髋螺钉(DHS)和蛇头型解剖钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法 应用两种钉板系统共治疗转子间骨折患者65例，其中DHS36例，解剖钢板29例，统计切口长度、手术中出血量、术后引流量、手术时间、术后下床时间、骨折愈合时间、螺钉有无松动切割或拔出、髋内翻、骨不连等指标。结果 两种钉板系统治疗转子间骨折的临床疗效无明显差异；但解剖钢板在多个指标中效果更显著。结论 两种钉板系统治疗转子间骨折都是安全和有效的。解剖钢板操作相对简单。【关键词】转子间骨折；动力髋螺钉；解剖钢板；内固定
Comparison of treatment effects among DHS and anatormical bone plate in ITF

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects among the patient group which used dynamic hip screw(DHS)and anatomical bone plate during intertrochanteric fracture(ITF)surgery.Methods Among 65 cases with ITF cured with 2 kinds of screw-plate system interfixations,DHS(36 cases)and anatomical bone plate(29 cases)respectively.Length of incision,blood loss,draining after operation,surgical time,time of get out of bed after operation,time of bone union,screw,scinch,cutting out or drawing out,coax adducta,bone nonunion were collected.Results The clinical effect ofITF therapy among 2 kinds of screw-plate system interfixations had no signifcencance difference.But moreindex dominance was see in anatomical bone plate group.Conclusion DHS and anatomical bone plate are all safe and effective devices when used for ITF.The operative manipulation is simple in anatomical bone plate. ......
