【摘要】 目前艾滋病的流行情况令人担忧，严重影响了社会经济发展，因此艾滋病的防治显得十分重要。为遏制艾滋病的传播和有效治疗艾滋病，除寻求更加有效的疫苗和治疗药物外，HIV感染的早期诊断非常重要，早期诊断有利于控制传染源及传播途径。早期诊断主要靠实验诊断，有免疫学抗体抗原检测、分子生物学核酸检测、分离培养、CD₄ T细胞计数等。

    【Abstract】 Now the popular circumstance of the AIDS make people worry.It seriously affected the social economic development.The prevention and cure that the AIDS seem to be very important.In order to suppress the dissemination of AIDS andvalidly treatAIDS,in addition to look for the more valid vaccine andmedicine for curing,HIV infection of earlier period examine a patient count for much,examined a patient to be important to control infection source and spread the path in early days.Examining a patient to mainly depend onexperimental examination in early days.There are the immunological antibody antigen examination,the molecular biological nucleic acid examination and separate development,the cells of CD₄ T counted etc.
