【摘要】 目的 观察疏血通注射液加尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法 将60 例患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例应用疏血通注射液加尿激酶治疗，对照组30例单用尿激酶治疗，并检测血液流变性、进行患肢静脉系统彩色超声多普勒检查。结果 治疗组疗效及再通率明显优于对照组，两组治疗后血液流变学指标均有改善，而治疗组改善明显优于对照组。结论 疏血通注射液加尿激酶对下肢深静脉血栓形成有明显疗效，并能降低血液黏度、改善血液流变性，且安全可靠，是治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效药物。
