【摘要】 目的 建立一种高效液相色谱法，测定替硝唑，戊酸雌二醇复方栓剂中二种组分的含量，用于制剂质量控制。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：KramasilC₁₈柱(150 mm×4.6 mm；5um),以甲醇(100%)为流动相，流速为0.65 ml/min，检测波长为230 nm，柱温为30℃。结果 测定替硝唑的线性范围10.33~232.40 μg/ml,r=1.000 00,平均回收率为103.97%，RSD为0.089%;测定戊酸雌二醇的线性范围6.02~135.45 μg/ml，r=0.999 99,平均回收率为98.68%，RSD为0.147%。结论 本法方便、准确，适合于复方替硝唑栓剂的质量控制。
