应用液相色谱-质谱联用法检测止喘灵胶囊中的醋酸泼尼松

     【摘要】建立检测制剂中非法掺入的醋酸泼尼松专属性方法。采用液相色谱.质谱联用法。选用岛津VP.ODSC₁₈柱，以0.01 mol/L醋酸铵.甲醇(45∶55)为流动相，对非法制剂的提取液进行液相色谱.质谱联用分析。通过与对照品的色谱、紫外光谱及质谱行为相比较，对此类非法药进行定量测定和定性鉴别。在这些非法制剂中均检出醋酸泼尼松，且回收率为98.54%(n=6)。该方法选择性强，灵敏度高，可用于分析检测非法制剂中的醋酸泼尼松。

    【Abstract】 To develop a specific method to detect the Prednisone Acetate mixed into drug.The liquid chromatography.mass spectrometry method was used.TheVP.ODSC₁₈ columnwasusedwith a mobile phase of 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution.methanol(45∶55).The Prednisone Acetate mixed into drug was identified according to the chromatographic behavior and mass spectraldata by comparison with referencesubstances.The Prednisone Acetate were found in drug.The averagerecovery was 98.54%(n=6).The method is selective and sensitive and can be used to detect the Prednisone Acetate mixed into drug. ......
