【摘要】 目的 探讨盆腔脓肿患者腹腔镜治疗术后的护理。方法 回顾分析19例盆腔脓肿患者行腹腔镜手术后护理资料。结果 19例盆腔脓肿患者行腹腔镜术后,无一例出现并发症，均痊愈出院。结论 医务人员在医疗、护理过程中应加强对妇女的经期、孕期及产褥期的卫生宣教，严格掌握手术指证，做好术前准备，术时注意无菌操作。护士应掌握腹腔镜手术的护理要点及术后常见并发症的临床表现，加强管道护理，加强营养，预防感染，做好出院健康教育，普及卫生知识，减少发病率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing of laparoscopic operations for the pelvis abscess.Methods Nureing materials of ninteen patients with pelvic abscess accepted laparoscopic exploratory operation were reviewed.Results Ninteen patients with pelvic abscess accepted laparoscopic exploratory operation were cured and discharged from hospital.No one appeared complication.Conclusion Medical personnel should strengthen health training of women in periods and gestational period and puerperium and should strictly grasp surgery indication and do preoperative preparation and pay attention to asepsis action.Nurse should grasp nursing point and common complication of laparoscopic operations and strengthen pipeline nurse and nitrition and prevent infection and do health education after leaving hospital and widespread health knowledge in order to ruduce disease rate. ......
