【摘要】 目的 分析口腔颌面部损伤的临床特点及评价口腔颌面部损伤的治疗效果。方法 对235例颌面部损伤的发病情况、致伤因素、外伤情况分布进行统计和回顾分析。结果 在各类创伤中，单纯软组织损伤占66.0%,骨组织损伤占23.8%,多伴合并有颅脑、四肢、胸肋等部位损伤，以及出现上呼吸道梗阻、休克等严重症状。结论 口腔颁面部颌面创伤治疗是临床口腔颌面外科工作者研究的重要课题。各类颌面创伤的治疗原则是稳、准、快并要充分考虑美容、整容、减少疤痕、利于患者康复后的生活。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics and epidemiologic trends of maxillofacial injures by a retrospective clinical analysis.Methods The data of 235 cases of hospitalized patients with maxillofacial injuries were collected from 2000 to 2007 for this statistical study.Including sexes，ages，site and causes.Results The simple sot tissue injury accounted for 66.0%,and the bone fracture 23.8%.Most of the trauma was combined with the craniocerebra1 injury,extremities injury and thoracic costa1 injury.Conclusion This injury is more commonly seen in clinical practice and needs paying attention.The treatment of the maxillofacia1 trauma should be safe,quick and effective.The aesthetic and plastic aspects should be considered to decrease the formation of scars and facilitate the 1ife of the patients after recovery. ......
