【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇的新生儿血清胰岛素水平与出生体质量的关系。方法 对38例GDM孕妇的新生儿进行血清胰岛素水平测定，与正常孕妇的新生儿相比较，进行血清胰岛素水平与出生体质量的相关性分析。结果 观察组血清胰岛素水平明显高于对照组，有显著差异，观察组血清胰岛素水平与出生体质量的相关系数为γ=0.558，P=0.007。结论 GDM孕妇的新生儿生后3 d血糖正常后仍存在高胰岛素血症，新生儿的体质量与高胰岛素血症呈显著相关性。
