【摘要】 目的 探讨颅脑损伤合并静脉窦损伤患者的临床特点及紧急处理策略。方法 回顾性分析2004年1月至2007年7月我院收治的26例重型颅脑损伤合并静脉窦损伤患者的临床特点及紧急处理方法。结果 所有患者均在术中完成静脉窦损伤的紧急修补，止血明确。26例中恢复良好15例、中残7例、重残1例、死亡3例。结论 根据手术中静脉窦具体的损伤特点采用相应的修补方法，尽早控制致命性大出血，恢复静脉窦血流，可显著改善颅脑损伤合并静脉窦损伤患者的预后。
