【摘要】 目的 明确耳硬化症的高分辨率CT(HRCT)表现，评价HRCT的应用价值。方法 收集经手术病理证实为耳硬化症13例，所有病例均行水平位及冠状位HRCT扫描。结果 13例共26耳显示异常。①仅前庭窗异常12耳，表现为前庭窗扩大或狭小；②主要累及耳蜗周围迷路骨质8耳，表现为耳蜗骨迷路边缘不整，呈条片状密度减低或呈双环状改变；③耳蜗、前庭窗同时受累6耳。结论 高分辨率CT能清晰显示耳硬化症病变的范围及程度，提供详细的术前诊断信息，为临床制定合适的手术计划提供了帮助。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the high-resolution CT(HRCT)findings of otosclerosis and its valuein clinical practice.Methods Collected 13 patients with otosclerosis,proved by operation and pathology underwent axial and coronal HRCT scanning.Results All 26 temporal bones were revealed abnormal.①12 ears manifested enlargement or narrowness of vestibular window only.②Abnormal bone labyrinth around the cochlea was found in 8 ears,which exhibited striped decreased attenuation or double circle alternation,with irregular margin.③Abnormal bone labyrinth around the cochlea and vestibular window were found in 6 ears.Conclusion HRCT can clearly display the extension and degree of otosclerosis lesion,supply detailed diagnostic informations preoperatively,which is helpful for designingappropriate operation plan. ......
