【摘要】 目的 探讨放射治疗法对鼻咽癌的疗效。方法 回顾性研究分析2005年11月至2006年10月间在本院接受根治性放疗的48例鼻咽癌患者，对其临床疗效进行分析。采用KapLan-Meier方法进行统计分析。结果 治疗结束后3个月完全缓解(CR)41例，部分缓解(PR)5例，无变化(NC)2例，肿瘤局部控制率为95.8%。半年和1年总生存率分别为100.0%和97.9%，1例患者治疗后1年死于全身转移。结论 放射治疗是鼻咽癌较好的治疗方法之一。

    Observation and analysis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma on radiation therapy

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the efficacy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma on the radiation therapy.Methods Retrospective analyzed from November 2005 to October 2006 in my hospital for radical radiotherapy of 48 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the clinical efficacy. KapLan-Meier method was used for statistical analysis. Results After treatment three months, there were of 41 patients with CR,five cases with PR,2 cases with NC. The local tumor control rate was 95.8%. Six months and one year overall survival rates were 97.9%and 100.0%, and 1 patient died one year after treatment transfer.Conclusion Radiation therapy is a effective treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. ......
