【摘要】 目的 分析阑尾切除术后再次手术的原因。方法 回顾性分析江苏省睢宁县工人医院普1996年至2006年共行阑尾炎切除术后再手术14例临床资料。结果 因误诊或处理失误导致再手术14例，包括阑尾系膜出血3例，大网膜粘连综合征2例，回盲部肿瘤2例，腹腔脓肿2例，阑尾残株炎2例，异位妊娠破裂1例，肠瘘2例。13例再手术治愈， 1例死亡。 结论 阑尾切除术后再手术的主要原因包括重视不够，诊断处理失误和经验缺乏。正确的手术操作和强调术前术后处理是减少阑尾切除术后再手术的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the cause and treatment of reoperation after appendectomy in 14 cases.Methods Clinical date of 14 cases reoperation after appendectomy in Workers’ Hospitalof Suining from 1996 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 14 cases of reoperation after appendectomy because the misdiagnosisor inappropriate surgical treatment.These included bleeding ofmesoappendix in 3 cases,omental adhesion syndrome 2 cases,cecum tumor 2 cases,abdominal absess 2 cases,stump appendicitis 2 cases,ectopic pregnancy 1 case and intestine fistula 2 cases.All of the 14 cases,13 cases recovered smoothly after reoperation,1 casedied.Conclusion The main cause of reoperation after appendectomy included underestimating appendectomy,misdiagnosis or inapproprivate surgical treatment and lacking of experience.The keys to reduce reoperation after appendectomy are correct operationand emphasis of treatment before and after appendectomy.. ......
