【摘要】 疼痛是癌症患者最常见和最难忍受的症状之一，癌症疼痛的发生率较高，癌症疼痛对患者有身体、心理、社会支持系统多方面的影响，癌痛明显降低了患者的生活质量。解除癌症患者的疼痛，是减轻其痛苦提高生活质量的一个重要方面。本文就癌症疼痛的原因、护理对策做一综述。癌症疼痛的影响因素包括：躯体因素、心理等多种因素；癌症疼痛的护理对策包括：科学使用疼痛自评量表与疼痛评估量表进行疼痛评估、减轻患者的心理压力、建立良好的护患关系、做好健康教育工作、分散注意力、减少疼痛的刺激、 争取各种有力的社会支持、正确使用镇痛药，及时止痛、加强保护性医疗的制度。

    【Abstract】Pain is one of the most common and unbearable symptoms in cancer patients.The incidence rate of cancer pain is high and it obviously decrease the quality of life in cancer patients.So it is very important for cancer patients to relieve pain and improve their quality of life.Our study will analyse pain reasons and nursing countermeasure.psychologic characteristic of pain:individualized subjective,great difference among pain reaction generated from different pain stimulus,various influencing factors.Reason analyses on cancer pain:physical factors,psychological factors.The effect of cancer pain on patients:physical effect,psychological effect,social support effect.The nursing countermeasure to cancer pain:scientifically evaluate pain by SGL-90 and pain assessment scales,decrease Psychological stress,establish favorable doctor-patient relationship,make health education work,dispersing Attention,decrease pain stimulus,strive for social support,reasonable apply pain relieving drugs,strengthen protective medical institutions. ......
