【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预在控制妊娠糖尿病(gestationaldiabetesmellitus，GDM)孕妇孕期血糖和改善妊娠结局中的作用，并摸索针对GDM孕妇的孕期教育模式。 方法按照护理程序对孕妇进行营养、运动、血糖监测、预防低血糖、胎儿监测、药物治疗等方面的指导及护理。 结果实施护理干预的孕妇血糖控制在正常水平，全部安全分娩。 结论对GDM孕妇实施健康教育能使她们更好地控制血糖，改善妊娠结局，从而保证母婴健康。
