【摘要】 目的提高临床医生对呼吸道异物的认识。 方法对200例呼吸道异物患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究。 结果根据患儿入院时情况，尽早在全身麻醉下行支气管镜检异物取出术，痊愈197例，死亡3例。 结论呼吸道异物一经确诊，需急诊在全身麻醉下行支气管镜检异物取出术。根据异物的性质及种类选择不同的手术方法。
