【摘要】 目的评价非营养性吸吮联合腹部按摩，对促进早产儿胃肠功能发育的效果。 方法对同期住院的、基础条件相同的早产儿172例，在基础治疗与护理相同的条件下随机分成两组，对照组采用非营养吸吮，实验组采用非营养性吸吮加腹部按摩。观察记录胎粪排尽时间、睡眠时间、体质量增长速度、完全经口喂养时间。 结果对照组91例，实验组81例，两组胎粪排尽时间分别为(6.2±1.9) d和(5.3±1.2) d， P 0.01。 结论采用非营养性吸吮配合腹部按摩的方法，能促进早产儿胎粪排除，使早产儿尽早完全经口喂养。该方法的采用可能对早产儿胃肠功能发育有促进作用。此法操作简单，经济实用，值得临床推广。
