【摘要】 目的研究腹腔胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后腹腔联合化疗较传统静脉全身化疗的优势。 方法比较5年来腹腔恶性肿瘤根治术后腹腔联合化疗和静脉化疗的生存率复发率的差异。 结果腹腔胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后腹腔联合化疗组患者1、2、3年生存率疗效明显高于静脉化疗组，复发率也具有显著性差异。 结论胃肠道恶性肿瘤根治术后腹腔联合化疗优于静脉全身化疗。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo the advontage of research abdominal gastrointestinal cancer after abdominal chemotherapy than traditional intravenous chemotherapy. MethodsOver the past five years compared abdominal gastrointestinal cancer after radical abdominal chemotherapy to intravenous chemotherapy and the survival rate of relapse rate differences. ResultsAfter abdominal gastrointestinal cancer in patients with abdominal chemotherapy group 1,2,3-year survival rate was significantly higher than the effect of intravenous chemotherapy,relapse rate also has significant differences. ConclusionThe cure effect of gastrointestinal cancer after radical abdominal chemotherapy is better than intravenous chemotherapy. ......
