口服源首佐治新生儿黄疸的疗效观察
【摘要】 目的 了解口服源首(蜡样孢杆菌)佐治新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法 将203例新生儿随机分2组，治疗组107例是以常规治疗(服用鲁米那、维生素C、葡萄糖)基础上加予口服源首治疗6 d后进行临床观察；对照组96例仅采用常规治疗。结果 2组疗效及治疗6 d后经皮测胆红素水平比较，均有显著差异。结论 口服源首佐治新生儿黄疸效果明显，方法简单，长期口服无任何毒副作用，值得推广。【关键词】 新生儿;黄疸;源首
