2005-2007年番禺区部分医院治疗消化性溃疡药物使用情况分析

【摘要】 目的 旨在了解番禺区部分医院2005-2007年治疗消化性溃疡药物的应用现状及发展趋势。方法 采用金额排序法和用药频度排序法，对番禺地区两家区级医院2005-2007年治疗消化性溃疡药物应用数据进行统计、分析。结果 3年内此类药物的用药金额呈逐年增长趋势，平均年增长率达65.90%。结论 随着人们工作及生活压力加大，消化性溃疡病发病率的增加，疗效确切、不良反应发生率较小的质子泵抑制剂已成为临床大夫们的首选，其用药总金额正逐年递增。
