60例妊娠剧吐临床分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠剧吐的治疗方法。方法 对60例妊娠剧吐患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 56例治愈，1例因无法忍受呕吐而终止妊娠。1例因持续黄疸、2例因症状不缓解而转上级医院治疗。结论 正确运用心理治疗的综合治疗，可有效提高治疗妊娠剧吐的成功率。【关键词】妊娠剧吐；心理治疗；综合治疗
Treatment of violent vomiting during pregnancy
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment options for violent vomiting during pregnancy.Methods 60 cases of patients with violent vomiting during pregnancy were retrospectively studied.Results 56 patients were cured， pregnancy was stopped in 1 patient due to persistent jaundice， 2 patients were transferred to higher level hospitals due to uncontrolled vomiting.Conclusion Comprehensive psychological treatment is effective in the treatment of violent vomiting during pregnancy.
