番茄红素联合α-生育酚过氧化氢诱导晶状体混浊的实验研究(3)
关于番茄红素联合α-生育酚抑制晶状体氧化损伤的具体作用机制尚不清楚,尚需通过进一步的实验来研究其复合物的具体抗氧化机制。
本研究结果显示,应用番茄红素或与α-生育酚联合应用可以有效抑制过氧化氢诱导的晶状体混浊,有望成为治疗或预防氧化性白内障的有效药物。
