剖宫产术后盆腔血肿的腹腔镜治疗探讨
【摘要】 目的 探讨剖宫产术后盆腔血肿的诊断、治疗及预防。方法 回顾性分析2例剖宫产术后发生盆腔血肿的临床资料及诊治经过。结果 剖宫产术后盆腔血肿发生率为0.029%；行腹腔镜下血肿清除术，均治愈。结论 合理选择剖宫产适应证和手术时机，提高操作技术和工作责任心，可减少盆腔血肿的发生。B超检查是诊断盆腔血肿的重要手段。腹腔镜治疗效果满意。【关键词】剖宫产术；盆腔血肿；腹腔镜手术；血肿清除术
The treatment of cesarean section after the alparoscopic pelvic hematoma

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis,treatment and prophylaxis of hematoma pelvis after cesarean section.Methods Clinical data of 2 cases of hematoma pelvis after cesarean section admitted from July 2002 to 2007 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results Incidence rate of hematoma pelvis after cesarean section was 0.029%;both patients accepted laparoscopic removal of hematoma pelvis were cured.Conclusion Strict control of indications,timing of cesarean section are as important as sophisticated skill and high responsibility to reducing the incidence rate of hematoma pelvis.The diagnosis of hematoma pelvis mainly depends on ultrasonic examination.Laparoscopic removal is the effective treatment to hematoma pelvis after cesarean section. ......
