【摘要】 目的 建立紫外分光光度法测定山楂西洋参疏肝口崩片中山楂总黄酮的含量。方法 以芦丁为对照品，以亚硝酸钠、硝酸铝及氢氧化钠为显色剂，测定波长为500 nm。结果 在0.014 06~0.070 3 mg/ml范围内芦丁的吸收度和浓度线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)，平均回收率为99.43%，(RSD2-AlNO3-NaOH as chromogenic agent，with the wave length set at 500 nm.Results The absorbency and concentration of rutin have good linear in the range of 0.014 06-0.070 3 mg/ml(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.43% ......
