药物治疗47例绝经后原发性骨质松症临床观察
疗绝经后原发性骨质松症的疗效观察。方法 选择47 例绝经后骨密度(BMD)测定T值3 0.25 μg，并适当运动，12个月后观察骨痛症状及骨密度变化情况。结果 经过12个月治疗，骨痛症状明显缓解，有效率高达76%。骨密度值有所增高，其中腰椎BMD值增加明显为7.6%(P3 and proper exercise at the same time.Methods 47 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosiswere treated with salcatonin for 12 months and given calcium and vitamin D3 and proper exercise at the same time.Results After 1 year’s 'treatment,bone pain was obviously relieved,effective rate was up to 76%.BMD was obviously improved.BMD of lumber vertebra was increased by 7.6%(P3 at the same time for treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosiscan relieve bone painand elevate BMD efficiently.【Key words】Bisphosphonate;Postmenopausal osteoporosis
