骨科重症患者外周导入中心静脉置管预防感染的护理(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨骨科重症患者外周静脉置中心静脉导管(PICC)的应用与预防感染的护理措施。方法 通过对68例骨科行PICC输液的重症患者进行护理,探讨护理方法，总结护理经验。结果 68例患者PICC均未发生导管相关性感染。结论 护士正规操作,规范管理可以预防感染的发生。【关键词】骨折；PICC；感染；护理
Nursing interventions to prevent infection of bone infractions with peripherally inserted central catheters

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experiences and techniques of nursing interventions to prevent intravenous injection sites infection with peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC).Methods Serials of nursing interventions for peripherally inserted central catheter were exerted to 68 cases of seriously injured patients with bone infractions.Results There is no inserted central catheter related infections occurred in 68 cases of patients.Conclusion Operation strictly followed protocols and management were essential to prevent PICC related infections.
