高血压患者社区综合干预效果观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨对高血压患者进行社区综合干预的效果。方法 依照WHO/ISH1999高血压指南的诊断标准，选取本中心辖区内高血压患者218例作为研究对象，实施社区综合干预措施，观察干预前后一系列相关指标的变化情况。结果 患者对高血压相关危险因素的知晓率上升，自身生活行为方式有改善，高血压控制率得到提高等，比较差异有统计学意义。结论 实施社区综合干预措施是管理和控制高血压的有效途径。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of community hypertensive patients dealed with integrated intervention.Methods 218 Hypertensive patients were dealed with integrated intervention.Now make comparisons of a series of items before and after intervention.Results After integrated intervention,patients have learned more about the risk of bad factor arousing the hypertension and have changed their bad life-style.The control rate of blood pressure has been improved and so on.Difference are significant between the two periods that before and after intervention.Conclusion Integrated intervention in the community can supervise and control hypertension effectly. ......
