腰椎间盘突出症术后并发症分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后并发症的原因和预防措施。方法 对198例腰椎间盘突出症手术患者进行回顾性分析。结果 198例腰椎间盘突出症手术中12例出现并发症。结论 腰椎间盘突出症术后并发症原因有:病变节段定位错误、腰椎节段性不稳、神经根粘连、椎间隙感染等。根据患者的临床症状、体征、影像学检查及术中所见情况,制定出合适的手术方案是防止手术并发症的关键。【关键词】腰椎间盘突出症；手术治疗；并发症
Analyses of the complications of lumbar disc surgery

【Abstract】 Objective To study the causes and prevention measures of the complications of lumbar disc surgery.Methods 198 cases with lumbar disc herniation for surgery were analyzed.Results 12 cases of the complications of lumbar disc surgery were found.Conclusion The reasons of the complications of lumbar disc surgery have been found:lesion segmental positioning error,lumbar section instability,nerve root adhesion etc.The appropriate surgery program based on patients’ clinical symptoms,characterizations as well as radiographic examination are the key to prevent the complications of the lumbar disc surgery. ......
