清肺止咳糖浆联合阿奇霉素治疗幼儿支原体肺炎32例的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨清肺止咳糖浆对幼儿支原体肺炎的治疗作用。方法 支原体肺炎患儿62例，随机分为阿奇霉素组30例，清肺止咳糖浆联合阿奇霉素组32例。观察各组患儿临床症状消失时间及不良反应情况。结果 联合治疗组治愈率显著提高(P<0.05)，临床症状消失时间明显缩短(P<0.05)，不良反应明显减少(P<0.05)。结论 清肺止咳糖浆与阿奇霉素联合应用对MPP患儿疗效可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of qingfeizhike syrup on children MPP.Methods 62 children suffering from MPP were randomly divided into azithromycin group(n=30)and combined group(n=32).The variety of symptomswere observed before and after curing.Results The combined group was superior to azithromycin group in improving recovery rate,in bad reaction,and in controlling MPP symptoms,and the duration of the combined group was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of qingfeizhike syrup and azithromycin have a significant curative effect on children MPP. ......
